SPECIALTIES

  • Eating Disorders and Body Image

I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from disordered eating and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and their bodies. Using Health At Every Size (HAES) Intuitive Eating principles, I strive to educate and challenge the negative impact of diet culture. If you’re facing struggles with disordered eating or body image and are ready to begin a path toward healing, I’d love to connect for a consultation. Together, we can work towards reclaiming joy and freedom around food and find peace in your relationship with food and your body.

  • Relationships and Attachment Issues

I am passionate about helping my clients navigate relationship challenges and attachment issues to build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Whether you're struggling with insecurity, trust issues, communication problems, or recurring patterns of conflict, we’ll work together to understand the underlying causes and create lasting change. Using an attachment-based therapy framework, I help clients develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the skills needed to form secure, connected relationships. My goal is to empower you to break unhelpful patterns, heal from past relational wounds, and cultivate deep, meaningful relationships that align with your needs and values.

  • Life Transitions

Change can be overwhelming, but with the right support, it can also be a powerful time of growth and self-discovery. I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate periods of change with resilience and clarity. Whether you're facing a career shift, relationship change, loss, or other major life event, I provide a safe, compassionate space to process emotions and find balance. Through our work together, I help you manage uncertainty, clarify your goals and values, and develop tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
